Controlling the quality of cashmere fabrics is an important part of controlling the quality of finished products. Through the inspection and measurement of incoming fabrics, the authenticity rate of garments can be effectively improved.

The inspection of cashmere fabrics includes two aspects: appearance quality and internal quality. In terms of appearance, it mainly inspects whether the fabric is damaged, stained, weaving defects, color difference and so on. The sand-washed fabric should also pay attention to whether there are sand-washed defects such as sand road, dead folds, and cracks. Defects that affect the appearance need to be marked in the inspection and avoided when cutting.

The intrinsic quality of cashmere fabrics mainly includes shrinkage, color fastness and grammage (momme, ounces). When testing and sampling, representative samples of different varieties and colors produced by different manufacturers should be cut out for testing to ensure the accuracy of the data.

At the same time, the accessories entering the factory should also be inspected, such as the shrinkage rate of the elastic band, the fastness of the adhesive lining, the smoothness of the zipper, etc., and the accessories that cannot meet the requirements will not be put into production.
