Cashmere sweaters are the most valuable in the category of sweaters. They have a delicate and plump appearance, a soft and smooth feel, light and comfortable to wear, and good warmth retention. They are suitable for both inner and outer wear.
Advantage:
It has the characteristics of comfortable wearing, strong warmth retention, plump suede, soft handle, soft luster, good warmth retention, good air permeability, and beautiful and noble appearance.
Disadvantages: Washing machine cannot be used for cleaning, hooks cannot be used for drying, improper storage is easy to be eaten by moths, improper handling is easy to drop lint, and the price is expensive.
Washing of cashmere products: Cashmere products cannot be washed with a washing machine, as washing cashmere products with a washing machine will cause felting of the cashmere products. So it is best to dry clean or wash by hand. Methods as below:
1. Add appropriate neutral detergent, such as shampoo, special detergent for cashmere, etc., into warm water at 30-35°C, soak for 10-15 minutes. Then pat and squeeze with your hands, avoid scrubbing hard. If the dirt is serious, you can properly extend the soaking time or send it to a dry cleaner for cleaning.
2. After washing, wash several times in warm water at about 35-40°C. Finally, put the washed cashmere products into a cloth bag and dehydrate them in the washing machine for 2 minutes. Do not wring it out too hard to prevent deformation of cashmere products.
3. After dehydration, lay the cashmere products flat, place a wet towel and iron them with a steam iron at 120°C-140°C to the original size or the size that fits them. The iron cannot directly touch the cashmere products. Cashmere products can be laid flat to dry after shaping.
4. It is recommended to wash a single piece separately to avoid cross-coloring of different clothes. For jacquard or mixed color clothes, the soaking time should be shortened to avoid color crossing between different colors of the same piece of clothing.

Maintenance of cashmere products: the following points should be paid attention to in the maintenance and collection of cashmere:
1. Keep it clean and change it frequently to prevent moths from breeding.
2. When storing in different seasons, it must be washed, ironed, and dried, then sealed in a plastic bag and placed flat in the wardrobe. Pay attention to shading to prevent fading. It should be ventilated frequently, dedusted and dehumidified, and should not be exposed to the sun. Anti-mildew and anti-moth tablets should be placed in the closet to prevent cashmere products from being damp, moldy and infested with insects.
3. When worn inside, the lining of the matching outerwear should be smooth, and hard objects such as pens, key cases, mobile phones, etc. should not be placed in the pockets to avoid local friction and pilling. Minimize friction with hard objects (such as sofa backs, armrests, table tops) and hooks when worn outside. Don't wear it for too long. Stop wearing or change it for about 5 days to restore the elasticity of the clothes to avoid fiber fatigue and damage.
4. If there is pilling, do not pull it forcibly. You must cut off the pompon with scissors, so as not to be irreparable due to off-line.
