Whether a cashmere sweater can be machine washed depends on the logo on the inside of the sweater. The logo has instructions. If it is machine washed, it must be placed in a laundry bag, but it is best to dry clean or hand wash.
In addition, cashmere sweaters are recommended to be washed separately, avoiding the color of different clothes. Jacquard or color-blocking clothes should shorten the soaking time and avoid different colors of the same clothes from cross-coloring each other.
Cashmere sweater machine washing precautions
1. Pour warm water below 30 degrees Celsius into the washing machine, add neutral detergent according to the labeled amount, and dissolve into a washing liquid. Turn the inside of the cardigan outwards and turn it fully with a weak current for 2-3 minutes. Add fabric softener and soak for a while. Be careful not to rub or twist while washing.
2. After washing, press the water by hand first, then wrap it with a dry cloth, or use a washing machine to dewater. Note that the woolen sweater must be wrapped in a cloth before being placed in the dehydrator; it cannot be dehydrated for too long, and it can only be dehydrated for a maximum of 2 minutes.
