The hair of all animals becomes stiffer after dyeing. This is because hair takes a long time to fix its color and dark dyes can harden the proteins in the hair. As a result, you may notice that the former may feel softer when comparing light and dark cashmere. Finally, undyed cashmere is probably the most delicate texture.

Color fastness indicates the durability of color. Generally, the higher the colorfastness, the less soft the texture. However, we developed a new dyeing process to maintain the softness of cashmere at lower temperatures regardless of color.
